Councilmember Tom Ramsey

Tom Ramsey was elected to his first term on City Council in November 2022. Tom serves as the council’s liaison to the Recreation Commission and served for seven years on the Planning Commission with one term as the chair.

Tom and his wife moved to Piedmont in 1993, raising their two daughters here. Tom is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, a licensed architect, owned an East Bay architectural firm for 18 years and is currently a Vice President of a national real estate consulting firm.
