Summary: The City of Piedmont is seeking proposals from qualified firms to:
- Prepare objective design standards for 1-to-4 unit residential development
- Revise and update objective design standards for accessory dwelling units and multi-family and mixed-use development
- Develop and implement a community outreach plan to effectively reach, educate, and engage the community throughout the project
The Design Standards should streamline the design review process and enhance production by providing clear and consistent expectations of high-quality design to architects, developers, and the City’s decision makers.

RFP: Local Hazard Mitigation Plan

Summary: The City of Piedmont is seeking proposals from qualified firms to:
- Coordinate, facilitate, and develop a comprehensive Local Hazard Mitigation Plan pursuant to the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000
- Conduct a whole community, inclusive planning process
- Produce a draft update of the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan for adoption
- Support the adoption process at all levels (state, federal, and local)
