The City of Piedmont (City) is considering a request for a Conditional Use Permit, a Non-Residential Sign Design Review Permit, and a Design Review Permit and Variance to demolish an existing gas and auto repair station at 29 Wildwood Avenue and replace it with a 14-stall electric vehicle (EV) charging station.
The City has contracted LSA to prepare an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration to identify and address potential environmental impacts the project and associated construction work may have.
